Brandon Cue has broad experience representing buyers and sellers in all aspects of complex commercial transactions with particular emphasis on multi-site transactions including advising on and assisting with the formation of the appropriate business entity and securing and negotiating for institutional or equity financing. Mr. Cue also has extensive experience in retail development of real property including anchor stores and outlots and the negotiation of associated construction and development documents. Mr. Cue’s expertise further covers the purchase and sale of environmentally contaminated real estate, transfer of environmental liability, and the law and regulation of underground ground storage tanks.
He has also represented owners in condominium conversions, both residential and commercial. Additionally, he focuses his practice on the representation of landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, industrial, and retail leases.
Admitted to practice in the State of Illinois, Mr. Cue received his Juris Doctor Cum Laude from the University of Illinois. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Carthage College in Kenosha, Wisconsin with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and German. He also has a Master of Arts in German Language and Literature from the University of Illinois.
Mr. Cue is a member of the Chicago Bar Association and the Illinois State Bar Association.
